We don't want our BF/GF to be thinking of anyone but us but we're allowed to fantasize about anyone we want? Women want equality yet never petitioned against ladies night and free entry... If the titanic sank today would women agree it's "women and children first" because women make better parents? Phew.. this one is confusing! Will we ever know?

I can answer that question. I once got involved with a very dear friend of mine whom I hadn't seen in a long time. However, things took off really fast, and then I backed off and realized things weren't going well and broke things off. She accused me of misleading her. In the process, I found out she was in a relationship with another guy the whole time. I, of course, was at fault, because I was the man. and, well, I was sending off false messages and 'playing with her'!
So my answer is...
It varies from person to person more than it does gender to gender. ;)

women don't know it but they are already liberated. Men love them support them fight wars for them and work in coal mines and driving trucks back and forth accross the country.
They can stay home and have babies but it is the man who has to worry about supporting them. If a ship sinks the women and children are saved. the first to be pulled out of a burning building is women. Now Iraq, those women have it pretty rough. Other countries are not so nice to women. They are beaten and taken and said your marrying this guy wether you like it or not.
Taken as children themselves. Beaten, starved and molested.
So it depends on where you are and your religion and culture.
In a religion that tells them women are no good, men can be pretty ruthless to them.

Lol, that is a very good question. Actually, I think both men and women have double standards and I think it depends on what the issue is. Like for instance, when a woman sleeps around with a lot of men, she is automatically labeled as a "whore". But when a man sleeps with a lot of women, he is labeled as "the man." So it depends on what the issues are but I see your point,lol. Hope you can get a great answer!

I have no problem with my b/f fanasizing about others or looking at others. As long as I know he still loves me, it's ok.
