Try to think of some pro sports teams. Or think of cars. Think of items that are red and black that have cool names. You could be the Vipers, or the Devils. I don't know...think of some cool volleyball thing, like the Spikers, or whatever.

I really like the Devils idea since you can easily intimitate the other team and since volleyball is a mind sport, you can just get them a bad psychology to begin with :D.
