again supplementing i have a few stacks please let me know which one would be best for adding 30-45 pounds of muscle in 3 months with intense training and diet regimine:

Well first of all, you should be taking protein, those supplements that you've listed above are going to help you with your workout to increase your muscle size and power but not really with your mass and overall weight. If you want to gain weight or mass, I would suggest taking a large amount of protein daily, you should be getting 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh. My suggestions are that you take something like Thermogain, which can be found here

A really good weightgainer that I liked which made me gain a lot of weight is Isopure Mass

I'd say that if you throw in some protein with #1:#2 then you'll definitely be able to meet your goals by 08/07/07

Just eat really good food. Take a mulita vitiamin, some amino acids. Eat protein eggs, tuna, chicken, fish. Just do some shock training and you will gain.

Go with WEIGHT GAINER, VITAGO, AMINO ACIDS, GLUTAMINE, ZMA, NITRIX, HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE.

Train hard, and be very stick on your diet, and you might gain a good 20 pounds in 3 months.
