I had Kidney Stones... so pain full. Even more pain full then giving birth to my daughter. I'm very serious! I'd rather give birth 10 times over then have kidney stones again!

It depends upon your definition of worst...

I was walking across a flat road when the tendon on top of my right foot ripped a chunk of bone up from the top.. the pain nearly made me black out from pain.. I was kneeling next to my car by the time I could see fully again..yet I still managed to get into my car and drive (a manual transmission) to an emergency room.. the pain was intense but it faded with time...

I hurt my lower back while playing soccer and it was months before the pain faded enough for me to take a step larger than just a few inches without massive quantities of pain killers (which never did really work.. just made me not care if I hurt)...

The second case pain was more manageable but consumed so much of my life that I think it is the worst.

Probably when I accidently slammed my wrist into a wooden chair. I was dancing and didn't realize the chair had been put there and was in the middle of a sharp turn or something and wham. I was curled up on the ground for a good 10 minutes. Miraculously didn't manage to break anything or attract the attention of anyone in the house at the time, which would have definitely added insult to injury.

Kidney stones, twice in 10 years. Compounded by the fact that the stones had to be surgically treated, a stint was left in after surgery and had to be removed under a local -yes local- anaesthetic using a long thin wire with a special clasping hook on end. Screamed in pain for at least half an hour

Ha. Well, I crushed my knee and fractured it all the way through the growth plate, and was on painkillers for months before I could get surgery done for it, and the pain from that wasn't NEARLY as bad as it was when I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth impacted.
I swear, it was miserable. And when I had them removed, I ended up in the hospital for a week because I nearly bled to death and got an infection that could have gone to my brain.

Fun stuff, pain is.
NOT.

I was in a car accident in 1997. I broke my collar bone, totally crushed my left shoulder, broke left wrist, broke both hands in several places, broke pelvis, broke back in three places, and busted nine ribs on right side up against the spine, two of which broke twice and punctured my right lung........Talk about your pain...The worst of it I have to say was the busted ribs and having that chest tube put in while I was awake and not under any pain med.....They push this metal trocar,(about two inches in diameter) which does not have a cutting end through your rib muscles which mine were bruised and bleeding, through your ribs, which mine were broke and into your lung, then they slide a tube over it into your lung to reinflate it and draw out all the fluid which in my case was initially three liters of blood, but my lung kept bleeding and it ended up being a grand total of above eight liters of blood over a months period..It was worse than having a baby completely natural by 20 times......I could not lie on my back, I could not lie on either side, I certainly couldn't lie on my stomach, because how would I ever turn or get up, it was the worst, absolutely the worst year of my life....Now almost 10 years later I remember it like yesterday, because my back has never stopped hurting, when its cold or rains my ribs, spine, hands, wrist, and shoulder ache unbelievably. My lung is scared beyond use. All because some lady decided she couldn't wait to turn.......I wasn't even the driver, I was the passenger...The driver walked away without any injury....How' that for Karma......

I've been kicked by a horse, I've had my wisdom teeth out, Ive given birth, I've trod on an upturned plug, Ive broken my fingers, Ive had groin strain and I've had my feet attacked by an angry cat ........nothing comes close to a bad broken leg.....radial fracture, metal plate ( in case you were wondering ).
