One really effective way is to do leg raises. Raise both your feets some 40-50 degrees of the ground keeping in mind to make them straight and hold that position for as long as you can. The smaller the angle of inclination the lower it train your abs.
It may be helpful to raise your head above your shoulders while doing so.

Do an test for me. Lay on the floor and carry your legs 5 inches off the floor and then carry your head off the floor. seem at your abdomen. Do your abdomen muscle mass make a triangle and seem sorta like an alien is making an attempt to bust out of them? If it does - do no longer count selection on your abs going back to general. After the c-sections the muscle mass did no longer heal jointly the way they could desire to have. Mine try this too. that's extremely annoying.

The same thing as the rest of your body-cardiovascular conditioning (exercise in laymen's terms). Working out burns fat on all parts of your body, you just naturally have more body fat in that area. Keep working out and it will eventuall disappear. Good luck!
