Your dilemna is not uncommon. At some point everyone is bottom of the rung in a team, like when you move up a grade you start off as one of the worst players.
The other respondents have it right here, practicing is the key. Your coach should recognise that you are struggling to improve at the same rate as your peers. Let him/ her know that you are keen to learn and improve and I am sure that he/she will be able to give you a little extra support/ guidance/ tips.
It is important that you still enjoy playing the game and also aren't too hard on yourself. You sound like you are still maturing/ growing and as such things will all fall into place as your body fully develops. Then you will be on an even keel with your team mates.
Passing tips - practice, firm/ flat platform, don't swing your arms, pass the ball by bending your knees, wide stance, if the ball is spiked (hard) at you then "snapping your wrists" by pulling your hands in a quick motion towards your chest will take the pace off the ball.
Hope some of that helps. Unless you intend to make a career of it just make sure you are having fun and taking on-board the feedback from your coach(es)/ team mates.
All the best with it all

Here is what you should do in steps:
1. You can't play volleyball if you are sad. When you play think of something positive and happy. When you are at the back to pass think of a time you made an awesome pass and make your self know that you can pass that ball just like you did that time!
2. Practice! Yes, everybody says this, but hey it is the only way to get better! At every practice make sure you are low enough to touch the floor (while passing), arms out and ready, and remember not to swing your arms use your legs to pass it to the target!
3. Don't be sooo hard on yourself. All of us judge ourselves too hard. Go and have some fu befrore practice and come back refreshed and ready to play hard!
I hope you get better! GOOD LUCK!

Practice practice practice. Even if it doesn't seem like your getting better you really are. Don't concentrate on what other people are doing though- Then you are just wasting too much time on other people to improve your game!

Listening to my son's coaches they say you have to touch the everyday. Even if you are just bumping it against the house/brick wall. Find a friend that wants to improve their game also, so that you can work together. That always seems to make it a little more fun.

Practice. I use my roof. I throw the ball on my roof then pass it back on top of the roof. I would also do some camps during the summer.
