Never legal, is immoral, is risky, the dog wouldn't like it (or maybe they would) but it's still dangerous, don't know what you'd catch. Imagine having to take your dog in for an STD test.
You are sick just for wondering, let alone asking.

I know in the state of iowa it is illegal to do crap like that. A wife called the police on her husband cuz she caught him with the family dog. It was pretty darn sick. It was plastered all over the news for a week or so. And why do you want to know. Its morally wront and just sick.

This is called Beastiality. It is not normal in fact....it's down right sick! Dogs are an unclean animal. God condemns this in the Bible as an unclean act. Oh by the way, it's against all moral and legal laws everywhere. Where do you think AIDS came from....monkeys in Africa. There are diseases that transpose species.
