and if i drink it at 8:30 and go to sleep 9:30-10 will i be able to sleep

All tea, even decaffeinated tea still retains some caffeine. So does coffee.

Yes, sure it does unless it is decaffeinated. Tea has a lot less caffeine than coffee so you should be able to sleep

Yes it has caffeine. Drink herbal tea instead.

it does have caffine in it, but as far as you being able to fall asleep, it depends on your body and how it reacts to caffine. But for the most part, American's bodies in general get a lost of caffine, so you shoud be able to fall asleep no problem.
