I'm not sure what's good to eat before i go to school. Sometimes i have a pop tart, but those are bad and i know it. Once in a while i have cereal... sometimes oatmeal (on weekends) i only have 15 mins to eat my food (w/o preparing) Help Please!

Just buy healthy cereal. A bowl of cereal with skim milk is really healthy. Just read the labels and look for something is low in sugar or sugar free and has some fiber. I like Kashi, but it's pretty plain. You'll probably have to try a few cereals to find a healthy one you like. Try making it taste better with fruit.

I also like yogurt and granola in the morning. Just empty a cup of fat free yogurt into a bowl, crush up a hard granola bar (I like Nature's Own) and mix it all together. It's yummy.
