nope.... tea doesn't count! Tea contains both caffeine and sugar. Caffeine will make you urinate more frequently causing your body to expel the water it has taken in. Water is the best thing you can put in your body, provided it's either bottled or reverse osmosis.

Straight water is always best for your body. I think that green tea is healthier than ragular tea but regular tea isn't too bad. Well, actually it depends if it's sweet tea or not, sweetener, though tastier, has a tendency to make it a little bit bad for your body.

Yes...but!

Too much caffeine can be harmful to you. Foods such as fruits and vegetables are primarily water. Cola is also liquid but the potassium is not good for you--neither is all of that sugar or, in the case of diet drinks, artificial sweeteners.

well, while tea does count as a fluid, it isnt absorbed by your body as well as pure water,,,,, so i would still make sure and drink atleast half your fluids/requirement as pure water,,,,, 8 glasses a day, i think is the norm for most people, more if your exercising, sweating,,

Depends on the reason why. Also depends on if has Caffiene or not. If it has no caffiene then sure, count it. If has caffiene then for the most part you should not count it, and possibly should treat it as creating a water debt.
