Which muscles do you use when you do a handstand. How can I make them stronger? I need some biceps! And I want to be stronger.

a little bit of everything

you use wrist muscles to balance yourself
a lot of shoulder muscles
back and stomach muscles need to be strong to keep your body straight and to BALANCE

one of the most important things though is being able to hold yourself up in one - if you go against the wall and you find yourself arching too much, slouching, or your wrists are hurting - you need to work on those muscles to help it out

a good method is just to hold the push up position - a correct one for several minutes at a time and do push ups - so for example maybe do 25-50, then hold for 30 seconds, then do another 15 pushups, and then hold for 1 minute

this will really help your wrist and arm muscles - if you do it correctly you might find that holding the position will also hurt your stomach muscles because it's in a hollow position

good luck~

Wrists, triceps, but most of all, shoulder muscles. Biceps on a very secondary, stabilizing level. Consider what action you are taking. You are 'pushing'. If you want to pump the biceps, you need pulling movements. Chin ups, curls, etc.

Not your biceps. Your forearms play a role, your triceps play a role but the primary muscle group is your shoulders.
