Some where I once read that the woulds population would fit in about 5 of the US South Western States if they lived as close together as they do in San Fransisco.
So it would be close to fitting them in both Providences.

If you use the mines and abandonned mining towns there is plenty of room in Manitoba, and if it wasn't for the increasing pollution from China I would move there because I miss the snow and sub-zero winter weather. And I think the polar bears would appreciate the additional food supply.

Yes, we could all live in Quebec, but it would be smelly and alot of us would die.
