Ok im 11 and have a boyfriend. I hug him every day after school and he walks wit me and everything. Should i tell him i love him or not. I did once and i felt weird. Help???

At your age it is best not to rush. What if that really cute guy that you like from music class starts to flirt with you and you suddenly want to "go out" with him. Then you are gonna really hurt your "now" boyfriend because you lead him on to think it's forever love. When you're really young you don't know yet if there's something just around the corner that you couldn't resist. What would you say if your favorite boy actor or musician suddenly wanted to date you? If you would say no because of your "now" boyfriend, then you MIGHT be ready to say "I love you".

I know you probably do not want to hear this but eleven is awful young to have a boyfriend. There is so much in your life you are going to experience and right now is not really the time for a boyfriend. I am thinking you feel weird cause deep down inside you too realize this. Do not be in too much of a hurry to date because I promise all that will come soon enough. Just be friends with him for now and if this is meant to be you will know in a couple of years.
Get involved in stuff after school, drama clubs, sports, something. You go and do things now that will make you a good adult later. Good luck!

If it felt weird, it is probably because it is a crush and not love. Enjoy the happy and exciting feelings you are experiencing but don't tell him. You have plenty of time down the road for all that. Have fun be 11.

you could tell him you love him, but it might just scare him, guys that age arent at the same maturity level as girls of the same age, and what you are feeling for him now, although extremely real and important right now, might not be how you will feel a few weeks or few months from now, I would save your I love you for now and if at the end of the school year you still feel the same tell him then, at least if he reacts bad school will be out for the summer and by the time school is back in no one will remember and tease you (which they only do because they are silly and insecure) good luck sweety!
