slurred speech, dizzy, no balance

now he's sleeping, breathing seems normal, pupils so dilated can't see the color of eye, and same as before... dizzyness, stumbling around, oh he also said he opened a soda at school, left it 4 a minute and came back and drank it

That means they are drunk. Drugs are easy, just start laughing at nothing if they start and can't stop laughing.

Your friend should be able to answer that question better than you. Ask Him/Her. Check out the eyes--dilated or pin point pupils. Dizzy or lightheaded? Breathing problems. Answers questions correctly. If this is a right now thing call 911 or take them to the ER. Don't wait.

Their eyes look really glassy looking. Pupils dilated. Blood shot too.
They wouldn't really be acting like themselves at all. Kind of depends on what category the drug falls in. Uppers will make them really hyper and talking out of their mind. Downers will make them like zombies.

Well...slurred speach and dizziness and unbalanced tells me they're either drunk or it means thier on something...Look for Huge Pupils,maybe weight lose and a more positive or negative attitude... Good Luck!!!

Well I honestly don't know if your friend has been drugged or not, but if he/she has been in the presence of drugs and doesn't have any health problems that you know of it is very possible. In this case you need to take your friend to the hospital as soon as possible.

could be several things--get him to an ER right away
