I've been friends to this quiet [not so quiet around me] just in class and people he doesnt know, kind, sincere, funny guy for some time.
Then one day over the phone he tells me he had a (sexual) fantasy about me
What does that say or mean coming from a guy friend???
Another thing is that he has been acting different like as if he likes me more than a friend lately... just take that into account as well

He's probably interested in being more than friends but is too shy to come right out and say it (in spite of how open he is around you - it's hard for shy people).

You haven't been paying attention to the signs or to this site. First of all, men and women can NOT be friends, without there being some sexual attraction or at the very least, some sexual tension. It just doesn't happen in real life. That's not to say you have to act on it; it just means that it's there!
You've probably(like most women with male 'friends') been ignoring the signs, for fear that addressing them would mean either you'd have to do something about it; or that to go in a different direction with him would mean the end of the friendship. Just think carefully about how you feel about him. When you're certain of what you'd like him to mean to you, simply sit down with him and tell him. One way or the other, thetruth will eventually come out; and in my experience, better to have it out on the table than to lie to yourself or the other person...it just prolongs the agony, whatever the case may be.
