How do you deal with it? Husband's of SAHM how do you feel about it? Do you feel overwhelmed as the sole financial provider?

I do from time to time...but it passes quickly, thinking about the fact that for me to work, most of what i would bring home would go to pay a dayhome (or sitter)...so in theory I would be working for someone else to bring up our children...that in mind...no I don't feel a bit guilty.

Add to that...when our kids do something noteworthy, I and my DH know right away (or as soon as I talk to him) as opposed to leaving "what's important" to the judgement of someone who isn't part of our family.

It does feel a little overwhelming at times, but financially we manage to make ends meet.

Not really because I know that my hubby couldn't handle my job and vice versa. Besides my "paychecks" are being able to be there when my son took his first steps, said his first word, giggled for the first time.

Ariel - um....this question is about "Stay at Home Moms"...she didn't ask what you do...and you're obviously not a SAHM!

I bring home a paycheck. Im an exotic dancer. I get at least $1000 a night.
