A boy and his father are in a car and they are hit by a gravel truck.... the boys father dies and his son is rushed to the ER the surgen takes one look at the boy and says, " quick, we need to find another doctor, I can't operate on this boy, this is my son"... How is this possible?

the riddle mentioned it became a father and a son no longer a father and HIS son. so it might desire to be in basic terms some random guy who occurs to be a father and a few random baby who occurs to be someones son(duh) and then he gets to a scientific institution mutually as the random guy(properly possibly no longer random) is going to a different scientific institution and on the 1st scientific institution the wellbeing practitioner is the son's dad. this is somewhat confusing, wish u realize it. or a gay couple accompanied. voila! that's extra basic
