This girl at school always wants me to sit with her and talks to me a bunch. Showed me pics of her family on cell. I know it seems lilke she does, but for some reason i never can tell when girls like me. Unless it's really obvious. She seems nice, cute, has my values but don't really wanta date her, cause i dont like her as anything more than a friend.

Hmm... This could be a toughie.
Try to think about how she treats you compared to other guys. Sure it certainly seems like she is into you, but sometimes people are what I like to call "pathological flirts". A good friend of mine, well, we like to say that she "Will flirt with any guy she sees, a few of the girls she sees, and a table, just because it has legs." See, I am not insinuating that your girl is like that, but It is important to be able to peg what type of girl she is. Somtimes people act like they are into someone without even consiously thinking it and having to feelings for the person. How she treats you compaired to other guys is your best bet to get a good indication.
Another thing I want you to think about. I know from personal experiance what it is like to fall for a guy who likes you only as a "Just Friend". It sucks so, you know, just treat her with respect. Because trust me, It isnt easy situation.
I also know from experiance that if you know that someone likes you, you might start wondering, and then it might not be out of the rhelm of possibility for you to start liking her. In which case, congrats to both of you.

If you dont like her for anything more than a friend then why do you care enough to post it as a question?
You are probably flattering yourself. She might be doing it because she is nice, not because she likes you. Or because she feels sorry that you are sitting all by yourself in class, and what are you 14? putting (I dont like her) after your question.

If I were you, I would just ask her. You don't have to ask her out or anything, but if you really want to know just ask. Also, since you don't really like her and she says yes, just tell her you only want to be friends. But if she says no, then forget about it. You can still be friends either way.

doesn't matter if she likes you that way - it matters if you feel that way about her, and you're saying you don't. best thing to do is tell her in a conversation that you think she is a good friend and leave it at that (as in, "wow, it's great having a friend like you" or "you're a good friend - i wouldn't change our friendship for anything" . . . that way you are subtly letting her know that you like her as a friend, but not in a physical or relationship kind of way!!
