if i was in this situation i would just mind my own business as usual and pretend that nothing is happening but still keep a watchful eye out. Also, if your b/f truly loves you he will realize that the girl flirting with him is nothing more than a helpless little girl. He will only want you. If you see him flirting back thats when i would question him about that but if he is just having a friendly conversation than i would do nothing about it....yet.

I will let my boyfriend know that I am aware of it and tell him to avoid the person.
If the flirting goes overboard from the other side I will confront that person. But if the flirting is mutual, well that's another story.

Confront that person. More than likely they'll deny it. Talk to your boyfriend about it too. If he says they were not flirting with him, then hes lying too. Dont be with someone whos going to lie to you. If he truely loves you, then he'll make sure whoever it is flirting with him stops.

if it's just talk then you can't do anything! if some chic is gropin' and touchin' on him while you're around...u should wait 4 your man to b the one to say he's involved with someone else and tell her she's crossin' a DEADLY line with that kind of behavior. if she still won't leave him alone, i guess you have to kick off the heels and take off the earings and whoop some azz!! try talkin' first b4 you whoop azz if possible. violence does NOT solve anything, but sometimes you do what you gotta do

Personally I think the boyfriend should be the one to handle it when someones flirting.
You shouldn't do anything....and you shouldn't have to.

You need to confront them and tell them to back off. I had to do that b/c this girl who is ok friends w/ me kept doing that and I told her to back off and she did my friends also tried threatening her but just confront her.
