once you positioned a private plate on your motor vehicle the unique belongs to the DVLA, if someone can use that plate they're going to promote it. Then once you change your motor vehicle if a chance they're going to many times situation the unique plate. I have transferred deepest plates to three autos and interior the approach of doing it a 4th time. With all 3 autos we've received the unique plate decrease back. It many times costs £80 to move a plate to a unique motor vehicle, or in case you positioned it on carry which covers you for 3 hundred and sixty 5 days that's going to fee £one hundred and 5, this incorporates the move fee.

They make an awful lot of sense on an upmarket car, Range Rover, Bentley, etc where an 01 reg car and an 05 or 06 can only be readily identified by the reg plate, yet the 01 is worth only 25% the value of the 06. There is nothing sadder than an 04 reg Rolls when for £ 1000 it could be PDD 4 M. or for £250 G 40 ADU.
I sold WMW 131.

Personalised plates are a handy little thing on some cars, clearly a warning that the driver is probably a bit dim and stupid. If they don't know that tneir personalised plate makes them look like a dick, do you think they're going to remember to indicate, etc?

I don't know if you are unique because the majority of us just stick with our original plates. I agree that people with personalised plates seem very big headed and seem to have money to waste, and yes, they are very tacky.

NOW? Weren't they always?
My son in law told me he was thinking of buying one of these registrations for over £1,000...I didn't enjoy slapping him, but he is thinking straight now.
It's a number plate on a metal box with four wheels. People who buy these things must have such a dearth of achievement in their lives to feel the need for this nonsense.

Are you talking about the cutsie pie plates that you can personalize through the DMV?
They break the monotony. I'm glad there are people who have flair.
I've never had personalized plates, but they can be fun.
Do you think every body should be like you?
