Hey I'm taking my drivers test tomorrow, I can parallel park really good most of the time but other times not so well. If you fail that part of the test do you automatically fail the whole test or just get points taken away?

it's a point system. i made three errors on my test and still passed. i forgot to take the e brake off, slammed on my breaks at a yellow light, and i backed into a space wrong the first time but still got it, you should be ok.

I have taken the drive test and got my license the second time so it is easier than you might think. I am sure that they won't have you do any parallel parking because I only had to do regular parking but sometimes they suprisingly throw it in their. If you failed that part of the test they would probably only take two or three points away but if your crashed into a car that was parked in front or behind you then you would definetly fail.

You didn't say what State you are in. In California, parallel parking is no longer part of the drivers test. It used to be, but no longer. I guess it's felt that most people park diagonally these days. Good luck on your test. Don't forget to make a complete stop at stop signs!

Usually you just get points taken away. Depends on what state you live in. And don't feel bad, a lot of us can't parallel park.

You won't fail the test just for that. Take your time and use your rear and side mirrors and turn the wheel gradually.

You'll be fine...Like you said, you've done it well in the past! Good Luck!
