I think hes talking about the language people, lets stay on track without offending anyone here.
The chinese language can be loud, often the women cannot seem to keep their voices down, but thats the older generation that were not born here. They mostly ruin it for us.
Listen to chinese pop, you will see that it can be a beautiful language. Mandarin is softer, and Cantonese is a bit deeper/louder.

I am convinced that the Chinese race is originally descended from extraterrestrial visitors from another planet and they gradually mixed with indigenous aboriginal peoples whom they encountered after leaving their spaceship which crashed.
their medicine, their acupuncture, their language, their everything is unique and not culturally derived from any other linguistic system, or from any other cultures. Any similarities are those of other neighbors borrowing Chinese ideas and not vice-versa.
And I swear this and sincerely believe it - No offense intended. Today's HAN Chinese are descendants of alien visitors way back in time before our history began to be recorded.
I stand by my verdict. !!!!!!!!!

i think they are great people, disorganized, loud, hurried, humble, and always wanting to save as much money as they can... but that is negative from a western point of view.. but that just how they are, it´s not better nor worse.. just a differente culture.. I was in china recently and enjoyed it a lot...
