Yes, otherwise the Christmas police will come and arrest you and put you in Elf Jail for a life sentence. While in Elf Jail you'll be forced to live off of candy canes, egg nog, and fruit cake for nourishment. You'll be forced to listen to Christmas songs all day, every day, for the rest of your life. Yes, you most definitely need to wear Christmas on red. You should actually be wearing red AND green just to be safe.
