Here is a dieting suggestion, do what I do...the water diet! Because I'm a gymnast, I have to keep my weight under control. What you do is drink 8 ounces of water before a meal, during the meal, and after the meal. (yes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner) By doing this, you are filling yourself up with water, and not as much food. This also keeps you hydrated so that your body gets the correct amount of fluid it requires. You may at first think I'm nuts when you first try it (believe me, I thought the person who told me to do it was nuts) but now, I have my weight controlled. After doing this for about a week, my body got so used to having all the water, that now I cannot go eat without drinking water. If you don't like plain water, add those crystal light mixes (my favorite is peach tea) then you at least have some flavor with no sugars, calories, or carbohydrates. Hope this helps!

I alwaysthink that excercising is the key to losing weight. You should maybe cut back on some of the fatty things that you eat, try to be more active, eat more healthier, and I think that you would see the extra pounds melting away.

make sure you DO eat food
at least sometimes
if you throw up anyway, spend less on food, buy better food that you can keep down and put the savings toward braces.

more veg, less meat. Over all eat healthier. sit-ups and crunches work great. start by doing as many as you can in one miniute. the next day do as many as you can in 30 sec, then every day from that do as many as you can as fast as you can.
