If you want to have strong and healthy teeth, then you need to make sure first and foremost that you have the right things in your diet.

After all, we are what we eat!

You should ensure that you have lots of calcium and vitamin D in your diet - these are essential for both teeth and bones; and phosphorus is another important substance that is needed by out body.

When it comes to tooth enamel, A is the important vitamin whilst for all round health including the mouth we should always ensure a good amount of vitamin C in the diet.
To get strong teeth just remember to brush your teeth 2 a day it only takes 2 minutes theres no excuse

See your dentist every 6mo for cleanings get the fluoride treatments. Prevident 500 is a toothpaste that dentist prescribe. U need to make sure that something more is not going on with the two bottom teeth. Dental health is very important and should not be taken lightly
