Slimmer. This is because you're utilizing primarily type 1 muscle fibers that deal with endurance type activities, and they are longer, thinner fibers. Also, you'll probably lose some bodyfat and that'll make your legs seem slimmer as well. You may see some muscle tone, but that'll be somewhat limited if you're only walking. It won't make your leg muscles get big by any means, maybe just toned.

Should you cut calories and walk/jog you'll shed pounds, in an effort to come off far and wide- including your legs. This in most cases won't occur fast, so be sufferer. Your legs won't get significant and muscular due to strolling or jogging, simply leaner. If you wish to pace matters up or make your legs even leaner, you might add in some leg strengthening exercises akin to lunges, calf-raises, and so on. (although be aware that doing those in excess will make your legs higher ultimately)
