I would first make sure everything that could harm her is put up or blocked off. If that can't happen then I would buy those door handle covers for the inside of her bedroom door. The problem with that though would be if she needs to go potty in the middle of the night. In that case maybe a baby moniter in her room just in case?
Sorry that is all I can come up with.

You cant lock her in her room, what would happen if the house caught on fire. Get some child proof safety locks for all your cupboard doors. She is probably doing it because she wakes up, gets bored, so comes out to find something to do. If she still naps during the day shorten the nap and keep her up at night for an extra 1/2 hour to an hour but dont do anything with her to get her excited or she wont sleep at all. Also try waking her up an extra 1/2 hour earlier in the morning. You can also get those door alerts that work by light beam. If she walks thru the beam it sounds an alarm(not too loud) so you will know when she gets up. Just put her back to bed and tell her its sleep time not play time. It might take a while but she will get the idea. Good luck

Seperation pressure. try putting her to sleep an hour or so later than widely used, she would stay extra dozing until eventually 5 or 6, possibly a extra managable time for you. She would nicely be dealing with a boom spurt, and waking up somewhat hungry. ALL my little ones went with the help of this in some unspecified time sooner or later, between 6 months and three hundred and sixty 5 days. ALL my little ones have slept in out mattress in the course of the difficult circumstances, and through 18 months, they were all decrease back of their personal beds, snoozing with the help of the evening.

Make her room totally kid proof and then put a one of those kid guards on her door so she cannot get out. This is a really dangerous habit and she could hurt herself or set the house on fire while you are sleeping. If she is sleepwalking you may have to lock her in her room and also look the windows so she cannot get out. Put a monitor in her room as well
I have a friend whose daughter went outside in the middle of the night while they were sleeping and she was abducted, raped and pushed off the top of a buidling and left for dead. It is a miracle she survived.

my sister in law put a screen door on the child's bedroom and locked it from the outside to keep the child in. Her child would get up at night and walk through the house and sometimes get outside.

We are afraid of our son doing this. He is 2 1/2 so we put a baby gate on his door. Good luck!

Mine had the same problem, although she would wake up and just open the door and destroy the house. My husband and I decided that we would put the child proof doorknob covers on the door so she couldn't get out. She has yet to figure them out and they're relatively inexpensive. Here's a site you can go to to help you out.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Get a sacry halloween mask and hide it where she like to snoop. and that night tell her the boogie man is going to get her. that will stop her and scare her into not doing it anymore. It worked with my 4 yr. old
