Tom Green (MTV's old Tom Green Show) had pain in his testes and he went to get it checked out and found out that had testicular cancer. Did anything happen down there recently, like you got hit or kicked there? If I were you, I would go see the doctor as soon as possible!

If the pain started today, get to a doctor or Emergency Room ASAP. Testicular torsion needs immediate treatment to save the testicle. Torsion is most common in adolescents. If pain has been going on for a few days or longer, you probably can wait until tomorrow. Epididymitis may be sexually transmitted, sometimes not. Testicular cancers are usually not painful, but there are exceptions. See your doctor or a urologist, soon!

It is likely to be testicular torsion. This is when the testicle rotates inside the scrotum causing the blood vessels to twist resulting in a loss of circulation. This is a medical emergency and should be treated within 4-5 hours in order to save the testicle. Go to a hospital immediately.

My son had the same kind of pain and he was diagnosed with a varicocele which required sugery. Unfortunately it has still not resolved, in spite of having fluid drawn off the testicle after the surgery. I know he has suffered quite a lot with it. Go to a urologist.

Lol, properly i haven't completed it, yet i'm able to easily enable you to recognize that working in particularly loose basketball shorts "can" harm somewhat if the lads initiate bouncing around plenty, crashing into one yet another or my legs. it is not a undesirable feeling, in spite of the undeniable fact that it is important. it is why I regularly placed on game briefs to maintain my nuts, and for that count, my dick in place as quickly as I paintings out. i think dudes with particularly small nuts would not have a controversy.

Most likely infected, try to go to the bathroom. Definately go to your doctor. Lay on your side and see if it hurts.
