advice....?

so yeah when i was younger my aunt almost raped me....but she didnt and ever since then ive had problems with relationships...what should i do i dont really trust any of my boyfriends cuz if my own family member who was supposed to love me did that then why should i trust some guy??? please leave some advice

Yo. Hey Haley! I just wanted to say I <3 u! You should talk to your friends and boyfriends about it. Apparently you are having trouble once you get into the relationship but are fine before it. So I suggest getting to know and trust the person before either of you make any moves yet. It is a pretty scary thing your aunt did and that is something that you will never get over. No matter how many boys you go through. No matter how many friends you talk to or counslers you see. But it can get better. You just have to relize that this is now all in the past and most boys, if you grow to know and trust them first, will not be anything close to what your aunt is like. Learn to trust your boyfriends by talking to them and getting to know and sharing your own feelings before you make it a really physical relationship. If you can share a close connection with a person, that means you can trust them. Otherwise, you might want to see a counselor.

I know how that feels my uncle raped me when i 5 years old and did it over and over until i was 9 years old it takes a lot before you really trust ssomeone make sure you talk to someone really close to you and explain to them what happened talking about it is the best thing for anyone and if you just don't trust someone like that get a journal it helps trust me i cant really talk about it i can only write about it i am with omeone we talk about it an i explain what he can do and what he can do and what he cant its OK to let them know if they don't understand then you don't need them

i know alota people say oh go talk to a doctor or a counselor but personaly for me talkin to doctors and counselors arent really my thing ya know...i mean i just wouldnt wana talk to some stranger tellin him all my bizz ya know.....but maybe you can talk to like a very close friend or someone you really trust and know you can talk to ya know.....and tell try ta talk to them.....you can even write in like a journal ya know...dats helps wit me i like to write everyday you can just write somethin of how your feelin and why you think your feelin dat way ya know...a way of gettin it all out but where no one can hear it......so ya i hope somethin i said helps you in some kinda way and im really very sorry for happened dats horrible and i could never know how you feel but ill pray for you:)
