Just smile and make eye contact. if he kees your gaze and doesnt look away walk over and introduce yourself. men are attracted to confident women. Smile and say Hi I dont think we introduced ourselves last time we met, Whats your name? " Simple as that.

Well, if you know him from school, ask him about his classes or teachers, especially if you have any of the same ones. Or ask him for "help" with the math homework.
