just make sure to keep hydrated if it comes down to it log how much water you have and when and your headaches, also log your salt intake and anything else you drink. you could be dehydrating you self by the other stuff you consume by making a log you can see how to prevent them.

Sounds like a combo of Dehydration, High Blood Pressure, and Increase of certain chemicals in your body. You need to drink throughout your game and I suggest for a while that you rotate with another player for the next couple weeks. So that you can have breaks to rehydrate, bring your blood pressure down, and give your body a break from over producing certain chemicals. This can temporarily damage your ability to learn and this combo appears to cause some heart damage ( though the symptoms of the Heart Damage may not be instant, you are making yourself more prone to Heart Attacks in your 50's, 40's, and 30's). [ For anyone who is wondering.. Yes, I have known people in their teens, 20's, and 30's that suffered from Heart Attacks that were Atheletes, just because of this combo. For some reason medical science is just now noticing the consequences. Which is solving all the " He was in perfect health and only 30, how did he die of a Heart Attack?"] Once you get into a routine where you are thoroughly hydrated throughout the games, then don't worry as much about sitting out on and off every game.
