Self-raising flour: no equivalent, since only the British and their descendants are silly enough to pre-mix an unspecified quantity of baking powder into their flour. The long description would be "olyan liszt, amibe már bele van keverve a sütőpor".

Castor sugar: porcukor*

Icing sugar: porcukor*

Vanilla: vanília

* I'm going off of dictionary definitions here, because I have no direct experience with these British terms. I believe that "icing sugar" is closer to what a Hungarian would call "porcukor", or an American "powdered sugar". Castor sugar is apparently a very fine granulated sugar which you would be unlikely to find in Hungary - if anything, their granulated sugar (called "kristálycukor", by the way) tends to have extra-large crystals.

everything seems fine from here - apart from castor sugar, its an easy mistake.

I am definitely hungry now, I'm going to bake a cake :-)
