Most people know that the majority of Muslims are good people but they know that armys of bad Muslims are being trained to kill people and those armys are using guerilla warfare plus a willingness to kill noncombat/civilians.
Those bad muslims are using Mosques to hide their tracks and they are also pretending to be good Muslims.
We need good Muslims to help before society goes from being suspicious to paranoia and all muslims will be considered guilty unless they PROVE they are innocent. That will not be a pretty site.

Part of the reason is that the Muslim community never condemns acts of terrorism, say that it is justified. That ticks a lot of people off.
9/11 really turned out to be the worst day for the Muslim religion, and it is going to take a long time for other people to forgive that. Think how long that it took most Americans to forgive the Japanese.
Also a little bit of side info. People also hate Christians, and are trying to take the Christ out of Christmas. Alot of people hate the Jews.
Their good people from all races and religions, you have to be able to look it that, unstead of judging one by their race or creed.

I feel very sorry that you have experienced this...as an Orthodox Jew, I have also had my share of discrimination....It is very disturbing to have someone paint a Swastika on your community center, or call you a penny-pincher....I know many Muslims who are kind, decent people, and I am sorry that you need to bear the consequences for the actions of a few extremists. Prejudices stem from ignorance, and are very dangerous and destructive.

I'm Christian and I don't hate Muslims. I know there are bad and good people not just in Islam but also in Christianity. I think people who are mean to Muslims are closed minded.

Its both sides fault. For being ignorant. These so called jihadists follow the sunnah in the least possible way. They dont teach themselves about Islam. They twist the verses of the Quran and hadiths to suit themselves.

I believe that too, why? Muslims are very nice people. I know one person and i love him as the person he is. believe in what and who you are, don't bother listening to bad things. No one's religion is exempt from evil. People are cruel when they don't know and judge without taking the time to actually talk and learn from Muslim people. You are very nice people, that all of us should understand and respect.

Im really sorry that your feelings are being hurt. However groups like hezbollah and hammas are not small. They do use human shields etc. I dont agree with the teaching of islam. If you like to know what i think i suggest reading "why i am not a muslim" by Ibn Warraq.
I hope things at school get better.

Their hatred is so irrational that they don't distinguish between family and enemies.
For example, a man rapes his sister, and then his brothers kill her "to protect the family honor."

I am not mean and cruel to Muslims. I care deeply about them. But the truth is that Islam is a demonic religion and the second commandment compels me to warn those snared by it that Jesus is the ONLY way to the father.

why are there so many Muslims that become extremists and carry out terrorist attacks? More Muslims have carried out terrorist attacks than ANY other denomination.
If you want to speak in generalizations, expect to get answered in them.
I understand that not all Muslims are terrorists, but what did you expect, a bunch of people to answer you with...
