Granola Health bars

3 cups Granola
1/2 cup whole wheat flour mixed into the granola
1 8 oz package softened cream cheese (can be fat free)
2 eggs or equivalent Egg Beaters
1/2 cup Splenda
1 cup grated carrots

Mix splenda, cream cheese and egg yolks together until creamy

Add the grated carrots and then the Granola

put into a pan sprayed with butter flavor Pam.

Bake 30 mins at 325 really good

you should get a more body fat...just eat anything you want/
