A little white spot on your front teeth could be what is called "fluorosis." It is caused by having too much fluoride in your system while your teeth are developing. Some people get fluoride in their city's water, by taking tablets, or there are other ways as well. It's not anything bad or wrong with your tooth... it's just something you can see.

Another reason besides the good answers above is the white shot could be decalcification. This is the stage before a cavity. To keep this from practice good oral hygiene, use a fluoride toothpaste and/or rinse.

If it has always been there, it is probably from taking antibiotics when you were a young child. It is a side-effect in that it discolors permanent teeth.
