i liked this girl and she knows i like her. But when she said she doesnt whana go out .........i started to well flirt with another girl........and beacuse of that she is now tring to flirt with other guys in front me and she is really pissed at me... what should i do?

No, I think trying to make each other jealous is like playing games with the mind and that is NEVER a good thing. Sometimes girls and guys do this as they are doubting the other peson's feelings for them.
What I would do is ask her out again and if she says no again, then flirt with whoever you want and who cares what she thinks? She may not want to go out with you but doesn't wany anyone else too either - she probably likes your attention. So tell her that you like her and talk it over with her and see what happens.

No, if she said she doesn't want to go out then chances are this would just make things worse, you could try other ways such as talking to her or giving her the chance to get to know you better and see if that helps, but to just try to get back at her by making her jealous isn't gonna improve your chances, just let her go and move on....

well seems like she likes you, go and talk to her in private, and tell her that you are sorry and that you needed a way to know if she liked you too, and that you were just joking, that please she should stop flirting with the other guy and that you will stop flirting too, and now ask her out again

When she said she didn't want to go out she was playing hard to get,which is stupid,so the best thing to do is to ignor her and get on with your life! good luck!
