He went to a party and didn't bring you along? I would be pissed, I know that for sure :P.
Well, he lied to you, I don't know why, but it's really up to you what you want to do or say to him. If he lied about that, there's a good chance he's lied or been dishonest about many other things too. Give him another chance, tell him not to lie again, or else.

Well..do you have evidence on what he's doing? Thats something to think about first. After that, consider on whats most valuable to him. Such as a possession. Possibly a car or something? If so, trash it. Or, instead of not getting in trouble by the cops, take all of his crap (if in your house) throw it out the door.
Or be...a whinny brat and tell his parents. Whatever you do...just don't scoop down to his leval. But hey! If you do, make sure he doesn't do something like this again.

Confront him. If he denies it, don't get hysterical, just break up with him bc you clearly cannot trust him. He must be hiding something, and he's not worth your time.

A woman should never question a man in this manner. You should know your place, as the Bible teaches you, and apologize to him for your suspicions.
