I Need a Good, Easy Movie Maker?

My free trial of Ulead Video Studio has run out. I need another program that is similar to it that's not Windows Movie Maker. Can someone help me out?

Nero is good and easy to use.
The one I find that works the best but is a bit harder to use is Cyberlink PowerDirector.
Converting AVI to DVD I found Nero to fail where Cyberlink does it flawlessly.
