I guess that the answer is somewhat obvious, seeing as to how many people have written the same thing: you should start seeing other people, too. That really is the easiest way to get over him, but keep in mind that it's not the best way. Learn to accept that your relationship is over, and move on. You shouldn't concern yourself with what he's doing anymore. Of course, you can still be friends (or maybe not). That's completely up to you, of course. But you should really concentrate on what you are going to do and not what he is doing. Forget about him because he has nothing to do with you anymore. It's his loss. If he can get over it and find someone else, so can you. If you can't bring yourself to meet other people, then I suggest that you occupy and distract yourself with work or some other. Life is short and time is precious, so why waste it on someone who isn't worth it anymore?

Been there, done that and it hurts alot to know he is with someone else, but for all I tried, time was the only answer. I waited a while to date after that so I didnt wind up in a rebound relationship but if I had it to do over again I would have dated more, but not gotten into another relationship either. You have to be over all that or you drag it into your next relationship. But things that help occupy the mind were being with friends, going to gym, dates, and I prayed alot, for the pain to go away, it took a year, but it finally did, I was glad to it was killing me.

the easiest thing to do is find someone else. to move on. You need your friends have a girls night go out have fun. As bad as you want to get over him its just not going to happen over night. Your heart has been broken and your going to need time to cry and to get mad and you need to do that. dont keep it all bottled in it will make things worse. I"ve been there and done that i know how bad you are feeling. You cant make your heart get over something its just not ready to get over even though your head is telling you too. take the time to really get to know yourself. this is the time you need your friends.
