in the sense of Harry Potter and other such movies, no.
but many magi do still exist today. Witches, Wizards, Druids, Wiccans, and many other forms of Pagans still practice natural magick on a daily basis.

Yes of course! Its an age old practise that still continue today around the world but maybe not how YOU perceive it to be. Because of public & negative criticism in the art its not well advertised or publicly practised. see:
