Hmmm. Depends upon what arrow tips you used, what shafts you are using, what the cover was, and the distance. Vinyl or plastic covers might twist or deflect target tips with wood or aluminium shafts. However leather covers would work very well, and carbonite shafts with hunting tips could handle either. I am assuming, of course, that it's a recurve that you are using and you are solid sighting the target to hit something that small (unless you are rediculously close). Oh, and then there is the wind to take into account; on a windy day you'll need more than 125 grain tips.

Well if you're just trying to stir up drama with people on here, then I'd say yes. And if you are just trying to get a stir out of people, why not go for the full effect, and try using the Koran, Satanic Bible, Chemistry books (for the big bang believers)... anything really. Other than that... grow up and use a damn circular target (it's why they were made in the first place), or do me a huge favor and practice on deer and if you get one, send the meat my way!
And by the way... I WAS BEING SARCASTIC! Except about growing up and using the round target thing.... and the deer. LOL!

While you'd no doubt offend a lot of people, when all is said and done, probably not . . . I mean, you can get Bibles printed in China for $1. in the Dollar stores! Where's the "sacredness?!" And of course, the other thing that plays into it is . . . how good a shot are you?

If you bought it, you can do what you want with it. It's rather juvenile to use it as an archery target, but you go right ahead there sport.

Why are all these people that don't believe in God on Yahoo Religion/Spirituality? Seems to me if you didn't believe in God you wouldn't waste your time. It only leads one to believe that there's some part of you that is scared you may be wrong . . . .
