ProActiv! I'm serious. I had a major acne problem a couple of years ago, but after only a few months there was a world of difference. It's not the cheapest thing around, but it's well worth the money!

Try St. Ives Swiss Formula apricot scrub with 2% salicylic acid....this stuff is wonderful for removing dead skin cells that get clogged and allows for pimples and blackheads to go away. The salicylic acid is great for pealing away dead skin cell layers and gives your skin a smooth glow. You can find it at Target or Walmart or anywhere there is a health and beauty section and make sure you get the one with the 2% salicylic acid because there is one without it as well. Good luck! It worked really well for me.

well i just started useing cetaphile its just somthing to moisterize skin and clean it to get the oils off... its not like a proactive or a acne treatment because they can be to hard on your skin and dry it out or the perfums in it will make your skin break out even more... TRUST ME IM 14 AND GOING THROUGH THAT LIL STAGE! PROACTIVE DAMAGED MY SKIN so so so so bad....!!!! if you have sensitive skin dont use proactive but if you dont have sensitive skin go for it!

try a glass of kiefer a day (its kinda like yogurt but not jelled--my mom makes it and it helped me.) or try burdock (it is a blood cleanser that works quite well)
