The unforgivable sin, crediting the works of the Holy Spirit to an evil source, is only unforgivable if you die thinking that. Paul killed Christians, far worse than just "saying" it is bad, but of course we don't dispute Paul's salvation. God may forgive ignorance, like never hearing about Christ or being too young to understand it, so those people may be forgiven even if they don't really become a Christian, but that's up to God ultimately and we can't know for sure exactly how the ignorant will be judged. But if you make up your mind that you do not need atonement through Christ, and that you do not need the righteousness of the Holy Spirit because your own good works are sufficient, or if you think you can get into heaven by being good and don't need the gift of God's Grace........... well that's when you may not be forgiven upon death.

You are confused. The only unforgivable sin is that of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. What is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit? It is rejecting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. It is the only sin that will send you to Hell. Therefore, if you are rejecting Jesus Christ then you can not get saved. The term SAVED means accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. You can not be committing the unforgivable sin and be saved at the same time. It's one or the other.

The unforgivable sin as in blaspheming the Holy Spirit? I don't even believe this is unforgivable since Jesus is big on forgiveness (eg how many times should I forgive my brother = 7 x 7) so how could anything be unforgivable? Of course I also believe that the unrepentant are not forgiven, so you will have to "go and sin no more"...

Yes! The unforgivable sin is dieing without Jesus. It's the rejection of the Holy Spirit, calling you.
Sin is sin.
The things we do that are consider sin, are, in reality, the "fruits" of sin the sin nature, that exists in every human being born.
Thats the reason why whether we are saved or unsaved, were all still sinners. The Apostle Paul refered to himself, as the Chief of sinners.
The Bible says that "whosoever" comes to him (Jesus) he will in no wise cast out.

Of course they will. That is His promise. If they can still repent and accept His sacrifice and do His will, they can be saved.
Let's see what does the unforgivable or unpardonable sin really mean.
"Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come."
(Matthew 12:32).
It says here that anyone who speaks agaisnt the Holy Spirit, will not be forgiven. So the unforgivable sin is speaking against the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the One who convince us of our sins, and lead us to repentance. But if we speak against the Holy Spirit, meaning to reject the Holy Spirit as He tries to convince us of our sins, we will one day hardened our hearts in such a way so that we can not hear the whispering of the Holy Spirit any longer. But if we can still hear the Holy Spirit speaking in our heart, convincing us of our sins, and leading us to repentance and acceptance of the Lord, we can still be saved.

Under what is known as "Grace", Those who come to God in The Way He proscribes will receive His free gift of Salvation and will become of The Church of Which Jesus The Christ is The Head.... The payment of the sin debt of all of mankind was made by the sheding of Christs Blood.... When those who come to God as He prescribes are seen by God He sees them as having no sin because they are covered by Christs Blood.... It is the belief of many of those of TheTrue Christian Faith that, in this age, there is no unforgivable sin. Others think that there is and it would be denying God and atrributing the Word And Will(the works) of God to satan. If that is the case then I would think that one who has gone that far would not come back to God anyway.

If they accepted Jesus as lord and savior-they would not go to heaven. The only unforgivable sin is to deny G-d. And, if you say Jesus is G-d, you are denying G-d. There is no G-d but G-d. To say this of Jesus is blasphemy.

That person has not committed the unpardonable sin. The unpardonable sin is to refuse to accept Jesus Christ . Anyone who accepts Christ before they die has not committed the unpardonable sin.

Nobody can determine if they would be forgiven by god. They can try and lead a good christian life and they must atone for their sins, both to man and to god. If they have a clear conscience then life will be easier even if they suffer an eternity of pain and suffering.
