Well, being a girl, I can tell you EXACTLY! When you talk to her, do her eyes suddenly light up? Can she stop smiling at you when you talk? Does she make an effort to not look at you in the hallway, but wants to talk to you in classes? Does she make fun of you (not pointing and laughing, but 'your sooooo wierd!' while giggling) If so, then she is flirting. If you like her back, then make an effort to talk to her, and dont ignore her.
