Im in perfect shape and I'm happy with the way I look. However, I have a round belly and I've been doing a lot of abs excersize on it lately but nothing is changing. I think I't just genetics, but is there anyone out there who had this problem and got over it? how? and guys is this ok? or is my boyfreind only saying that it's cute to make me feel better? I'd like to actually think it's cute lol.. It's not that bad and you can hardly tell when im dressed.

Everyone has the one problem area. You cannot spot target fat loss. I would just keep on doing firming and toning exercise and watch what you eat.

Buy yourslef a set(pair) of ab straps. You fasten them onto a chin-up bar, put your arms through them, and then do leg raises while hanging a few inches off the floor. NOTHING works as well as ab straps. Make sure the set you get has carabiner type hooks. Don't pay over $40.

It's not so much the round belly that would attract, it's the fact you appear healthy. Not overweight, but meaty, that's what alot of women like about bigger guys. ( I know I do). Keeping it toned and not overlapping helps too.

Some guys actually do think it is cute. I am not in that company but thats not important. If you drink beer I would stop that asap. Otherwise, jogging and excercise along with a healthy diet is the only natural way.

I've been told that aerobics will help, but I'm convinced that short of surgery, some people's tummies are just round and poochy - think of it as sexy and move on. Nothing to worry about.

go work out for your belly... or there is a thing caled the passive gym.. it tights up your muscles and it's a really good solution.. it's a small machine which works your muscles out without your control.. it gathers the excess amount of fat in your body and burns them!

I wouldn't worry about it. It's good that you exercise. Do you have a picture of it so we can tell for ourselves?

Oh, don't worry about it. If it isn't a problem, don't worry about it!
