Registered Nurse here; Sorry Sweetie I will not tell you name of any specific painkiller that one can become ill on but not die. This is tricky business, and you don't want to play this game. For one might just die, very fine line between becoming ill from overdose and dying from overdose. It sounds to me like you should seek the advice of a mental health professional immediately, without delay, like get off the computer and go to your nearest emergency room. Please don't do anything to harm yourself. Please if nothing else call 911 and tell them how your feeling. Please, get some help now. Thank you for allowing me to address your question and please again, call for help.

It varies from person to person hun. I have a high tolerance and need to take double doses to get a reaction, but some people become ill from a fraction of a dose.

One medicine that can make you sick without upping dosage- Ibuprofen. If you take plain Ibuprofen on an empty stomach, it will make most people feel nauseated. But it can also cause ulcers, and those are very not nice, especially if they bleed.

Everyone is different depending on weight, age, and tolerance. To answer this question could kill you. One person could overdose on two pills another 20 pills.

I hope you feel better soon.
