I've had a cough, sore throat, backpains, dizzyness, headaches, and nausea. This is just a cold, right?

Try over the counter cold medicine, but it could be strep throat. If it doesn't respond to cold medicine and your tongue turns white, you'll need antibiotics from a doctor.

it could be but just in case, call the dr.
My son had what looked like measles, but when I took hiim to the dr, I found out he really had scarlet fever!
sometimes the "cold" symptoms can be underlying symptoms for something serious, sometimes not, but better be on the safe side.

Chances are yes, it is jsut a cold. But definatly keep in mind that seeing a doctor would be a good plan...

Well it could be the flu, i read somewhere that if your having chest and back pain, dizziness that you should see a doc for some antibiotics.
