I take them in the morning. It gives your body the vitamins and minerals to get through your day. I guess you take to at night to recharge too. Its up to you.

Its better to take a natural dose of vitamins, like fruit or vegetables that are fresh.

I take mine with my first meal. I don't like to pop any pills on an empty stomach.
