Sell them on Half.com or Amazon.com.

Wait until about 2.5 weeks before the semester starts, and price them about 60-70% of the retail value for a new book. Make sure you offer priority mail shipping, as a lot of folks wait until the last minute.

Don't sell them on Ebay, as people who are buying textbooks don't have time to fiddle with auctions.

Amazon.com.......they keep 15% and like $1.50 and you get the rest. You choose the price though and don't have to pay anything until the book is sold, unlike eBay where you have to pay to list and aren't guaranteed a sale.

eBay. amazon.com is also good, as is half.com. You could always donate them to Goodwill or the Salvation Army as well.
