My neighbors pissed me off and I scratched their car bad. They caught it on video and I said it was my twin brother who wears the same clothes I do. Do you think they bought it?

Your on video - nothing to do but pay damages and learn to hold your temper. Next time you could write a really evil letter to them and then burn it so you get to vent and you don't get in trouble. Good Luck!

If you actually did scratch their car you should have your donkey stomped real good and if they bought the twin brother maybe they will sue him and make your parents pay for their car.
